I do not transfer your personal data to third parties, except with your consent: a) to use the access provided by the electronic prescription system of the Greek Institute of Health and Medical Services in order to obtain information regarding the history of all types of prescribed medications and examinations, b) to obtain ultrasounds and other imaging examinations for the thorough monitoring of the patient's progress, c) to send your medical data to a third party doctor for the monitoring of your health (right to data portability), d) for telephone or email communication with patients to organize the next visit, e) Telephone information or email information on patient health issues, f) to send ultrasounds and X-rays via email and g) for promotional purposes, such as emails that we periodically send to those who have subscribed to our newsletter, but always under conditions that fully ensure that your personal data is not subject to any unlawful processing, i.e. other than the purpose of the transmission in accordance with the above. I inform you that the above categories of recipients of your personal data do not process your data in any way beyond the above purposes of transmission. In any case, the Dr. Pantelidis Emmanouil guarantees that he will not transmit, disclose, make available, etc. your personal data to third parties, without your consent, for any purpose or use. • For telephone or email communication with patients to organize the next visit,
• For telephone or email updates on patient health issues.
• For promotional purposes, such as emails that we send periodically to those who have subscribed to our newsletter. By subscribing to my newsletter, you agree to be included in the personalized list of recipients and to receive my newsletter and all the information contained in it. For this purpose, I will communicate with you only via e-mail.
• For cases where the processing of your personal data is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests or for the purposes of our compliance with national and/or European legislation.

6. Storage period of your data

The data provided by you will be kept/stored by me only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which you have communicated your data to me and in compliance with applicable legal provisions.
